Our team created a comprehensive roadmap that highlighted our step-by-step process and the artifacts produced along the way. I facilitated meetings and communications between our team, Rutgers, and Jefferson Township that ultimately resulted in a well-informed business plan that provided recommendations for the school to consider moving forward.
